Our story
Field to Flight Finance was founded by Mathew Heggem, growing out of 10kCreators — a business he launched to help artists and arts organizations build financial wellness. That work revealed a universal truth: when your finances are clear, everything else gets easier.
With 18+ years in the accounting industry, Mathew has served in leadership and growth roles at various firms, consulted entrepreneurs and small business owners, and sat on advisory boards including the Sage Accounting Advisory Council, Womxn Talk Money Advisory Board, the Greenwich Village-Chelsea Chamber of Commerce, and Pentacle.
He is also co-founder of the Accounting Alchemy Network, helping accounting professionals adopt regenerative business practices.
